Chicago Shots

The UWS thought it was a bit cold in Chicago, but it was actually a balmy day (in the mid-30's) when we strolled around Montrose Harbor on February 21st. Finally got around to scanning and cleaning up the shots - and here's part one. What a great little camera - I need to get one of my own!

  1. It looks pretty cold and desolate to me; I think "balmy" must be subjective :-) I love the perspective in these, and the subtlety of color. What film was this?

  2. I love the "No Diving" symbol picture with the ice in it. Great visual irony.

  3. These were shot with expired Kodak Gold 400 film.

  4. Love the diving symbol as well and the utter lack of anyone or anything else!
